Data loss prevention is the one security category where the delivery model is itself a risk. DLP inspects your most sensitive content by design, so a cloud-delivered product requires you to send a third party exactly the data you are trying to protect. Most of this market is now SaaS. This table leads with deployment model for that reason. nPro does not appear below: nPro DLP is still in development, and we will not rank a product that does not yet exist.
