nPro's pricing is built around the belief that security visibility should not come with unpredictable infrastructure costs. Unlike cloud SIEM vendors who charge per GB of log data or per monitored endpoint, nPro charges a flat annual licence fee regardless of data volume.
Why Not Per-GB Pricing?
Per-GB pricing creates a perverse incentive: organisations reduce their logging verbosity to manage costs, creating blind spots that attackers exploit. nPro's flat-fee model means you can ingest every log from every source without worrying about the bill. High-fidelity logging is a security necessity, not a luxury reserved for organisations with unlimited cloud budgets.
How Does the Free Tier Work?
The nPro free tier is designed for evaluation, home labs, and small environments. It provides full access to the platform's core features with a cap on monitored devices. There are no feature limitations in the free tier — you experience the complete nPro platform. When you are ready to scale beyond the free tier limits, upgrading to a paid plan takes effect immediately with no migration required.
What Is Included in Enterprise?
The Enterprise plan includes unlimited monitored devices, multi-site deployment support, dedicated technical account management, priority support with guaranteed SLAs, custom integration development, and access to the nPro partner portal for MSSPs. Enterprise customers also receive early access to new features and dedicated onboarding with the nPro engineering team to ensure a smooth initial deployment.
On-Premise Deployment by Region
nPro runs on-premise in any region where you have suitable Linux infrastructure. There are no geographic restrictions on deployment — nPro is used by organisations across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Air-gapped deployments are supported for environments that require complete network isolation. Our team has experience with regulatory frameworks including Malaysia's PDPA, Indonesia's PDP Law, Singapore's PDPA, and Gulf Cooperation Council data protection requirements.
