Why not per-GB pricing?
Per-gigabyte pricing creates a perverse incentive. Teams reduce logging verbosity to manage cost, and the blind spots that creates are exactly what attackers exploit. Per-agent pricing means you can ingest every log from every source without watching the bill.
How does the free tier work?
Built for evaluation, home labs and small environments. Up to 30 agents with XDR, SIEM and EMS network monitoring. DLP starts at Pro, and you can try it free for 30 days with the 30-Day Data Exposure Audit. Upgrading takes effect immediately, with no migration and no reinstall.
What is included in Enterprise?
Everything in Pro, plus the governance layer regulated organisations need.
Any regional restrictions?
None. nPro runs wherever you have suitable Linux infrastructure, including air-gapped environments that require complete network isolation.
Can I run nPro on-premise or in the cloud?
Yes, all three. Every tier has the same features whichever you choose.
- On-premise: install on your own servers, including air-gapped networks. Free up to 30 agents, then Pro at $4.50 per agent per month.
- Private cloud: deploy in your own AWS, Azure or GCP account, so the data stays in your tenancy and your chosen region. Same price as on-premise.
- Public cloud: nPro hosts and maintains the server for you. Adds $1 per agent per month: $1 per agent on Free, $5.50 per agent on Pro.
MSSP and reseller pricing
