Does my rating matter?
No. One star or five, you get the same 5 agents. We never ask anyone to change or remove a review.
Who can claim?
Companies with an active nPro licence. Staff of nPro, its partners and its competitors can't take part. One claim per platform, per company.
How long do the free agents last?
The 5 agents stay on your licence for 1 month from the date we approve your claim.
How do you check my review?
We confirm the review is published and that the reviewer works at a company using nPro. We don't check what you wrote.
Why aren't all platforms rewarded?
Some sites don't allow rewards from vendors. Trustpilot bans them, and Gartner, PeerSpot and SourceForge run their own thank-you schemes. Reviews there are still very welcome.
