How the 30 days work

    Day 0: install

    We set up nPro on a Linux server inside your network, which takes about 5 minutes, then deploy the agent to the endpoints you choose.

    Days 1 to 30: watch

    Every group stays in Monitor mode. nPro logs sensitive data leaving through each channel without stopping anyone.

  3. 3

    Day 31: review together

    We walk through the findings with you on your own dashboard, then give you a written summary you can share with your board and your DPO.

    Then you decide

    Keep monitoring, move a high-risk group to Enforce, or switch it off. There is no obligation either way.

Email is flagged through your mail platform's audit feed, so you see what left by email, but nPro cannot block it inline today. That does not matter for a monitor-only audit, but we would rather you knew now.

Questions

Does the audit block anything or slow our staff down?
No. The audit runs in Monitor mode, which detects and logs without stopping anything. Nobody's work is interrupted, and nothing changes for your users during the audit.
Does our data leave our network during the audit?
No. nPro runs on a server inside your own network, and every check happens there. The findings stay in your own database. We only see what you choose to share with us when we go through the results together.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The audit is a free 30-day DLP trial for up to 30 agents, so a month-long audit of a small team costs you only the server it runs on. DLP is not part of nPro's Free tier, so if you want to keep it running after the 30 days, Pro is $4.50 per agent per month.
Does the audit show which AI tools our staff use?
Yes, for the sensitive data that reaches them. When someone pastes into or uploads to a website, the audit records the real destination, so a paste into Gemini shows as Gemini rather than an anonymous Google server address. You see which AI tools your sensitive data went to, by whom and through which channel.
